This is where we stop talking and start doing. After WS2 you'll have Cowork or Copilot really connected to your internal system and a custom skill built for your specific work.
Who It's For
Companies that completed WS1 (or already have their own use case map) and now want to bring AI into real work. Ideally 10–16 people split into two groups:
- Group 1 (biz): sales, marketing, operations, sales support, product managers.
- Group 2 (tech): developers, architects, security, IT operations.
Important: someone in the group must be admin of your Claude organization or Microsoft tenant.
What You Walk Away With
- Cowork (or Copilot) installed and configured for all participants.
- One MCP server actually connected to your system (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, or trial Dynamics).
- A custom skill for one recurring use case (e.g. competitive analysis, proposal prep).
- Architectural understanding — skill, plugin, agent, MCP, dispatch, scheduled task, live artifact.
- A Cowork vs. Copilot decision backed by concrete demonstrations of what each tool can do.
What Happens
Morning (everyone together):
- Live Cowork demo and key concepts, no slides.
- Hands-on building of your first skill.
- Hands-on MCP server connection.
Afternoon (two parallel tracks):
- Biz track: Cowork on your business use cases, custom skills, dispatch & scheduled tasks, live artifacts.
- Tech track: MCP server anatomy, connection to your real system, build vs. buy discussion.
Closing: joint debrief where each track shows what they got running.

- Location: Applifting Meetup Space, Prague — Karlín. Private on-site runs possible.

How It Fits
WS2 follows WS1 (AI Foundations & Process Mapping). After WS2, the question "who's going to approve this?" usually comes up → continue to WS3 (Security & Governance).
