Cowork is running in the company, people are using it. Now you want to go deeper and build your own agents and skills — developers in their dev workflow, business in their daily work. WS4 has two parallel tracks that meet at the end of the day.
- Track 1 (developers): developers who want AI in their dev workflow — from code review to e2e tests. Ideally 4–8 people.
- Track 2 (business): business users (sales, ops, marketing, support) who want to write their own skills without developer help. Ideally 4–8 people.
Prerequisite: the company already has some Cowork / Claude Code setup (= WS2 completed).
- AI-augmented dev workflow for your stack (TS / Python / Go / .NET).
- A set of custom skills for common dev tasks (review, refactor, test generation, debug).
- An E2E test agent — working prototype that writes a test from a scenario description.
- Plugin marketplace setup for your team.
- Monitoring & observability for AI agents.
- Your own plugin with a set of skills for your team — installed and working.
- Understanding of agentic workflow — when a skill is enough, when you need a multi-step agent.
- Sequence diagrams of your processes showing where agents decide and where humans decide.
- Practical insight into IT — so you can communicate with developers effectively.
Joint intro: plugin marketplace, single-agent vs. multi-agent, live demo of our dxh-ai-setup plugin.
Two tracks running all day:
- Track 1 led by Matyáš + Jakub. Setup, spec-driven development, e2e test agent, plugin distribution, monitoring.
- Track 2 led by Karel + Prokop. Skill anatomy, building custom skills, multi-step agents, scheduled tasks, live artifacts.
Joint debrief with a live integration moment: we take one business skill (Track 2) and one dev skill (Track 1) and show how they hook up.
- Format: on-demand, delivered for one company at a time. Public dates announced ad hoc.
- Location: Applifting Meetup Space, Prague — Karlín. Private on-site runs possible.
- Price: from 90,000 CZK ex-VAT for the whole group.
- Trainers: Matyáš Křeček, Jakub Vacek (Track 1), Karel Smutný, Prokop Šimek (Track 2).
WS4 follows WS2. If Track 1 wants to build agents for production, WS3 is strongly recommended. After WS4, companies typically continue with internal development (follow-up consultations, code reviews) or bring us in to develop a specific agentic feature.
