Python Developer

At DX Heroes, we are currently looking for a Python developer who has completed a few projects and wants to move on.

What would you be working on?

We're currently looking for developers for an already-running US scale-up project that is changing the way businesses tackle identity and access management with AI. You'll build SDKs and integration solutions that automate security for thousands of organizations. The entire project combines modern AI-powered analytics with high-performance architecture. There are currently four developers, a team lead and a Scrum Master on the project. You will have the chance to share your knowledge with your colleagues and at the same time try working on a structured agile project.

• Identity & Access Management: Help change the way businesses tackle identity and access management with AI.

What do we expect from you?

• Knowledge of Python 3.
• Development experience with API and SDK.
• Knowledge of integration standards - REST, GraphQL.
• Orientation in Docker and containerization.
• You know how to work with asynchronous code.
• Knowledge of databases and backend development (for long-term growth in the team).
• Motivation to learn new languages and technologies.
• English at B2 level - the team is Czech speaking, but the project is communicated in English.
• Finally, we would like to add that you don't have to meet all the requirements, everything can be learned if you want to. Don't be afraid to write to us, even if you don't tick off all the points.

Who will you be working with?

Jirka Manák — Senior full-stack developer. Jirka has been with us for a little over half a year, but has immediately become a full-fledged member of the team. He has experience in hardware development in addition to traditional software development. He writes his own newsletter about Python. In his spare time he develops his own app or climbs a wall somewhere.

Martin — Also a senior full-stack developer. Martin works mostly remote from Slovakia, but it's always worth it when he comes. He has worked with a lot of technologies from Javascript, Go to Python.

Jakub Vacek — Senior backend developer specializing in microservices architecture, with a growing focus on AI. Skilled in TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, Nest.js, and building AI-powered solutions.
