A full-day practical training for IT professionals who want to use AI in daily work.
- Length: 1 day (8 hours)
- Price: from 18 000 CZK / participant (ex-VAT) — always quoted individually per group
- Format: on-site, custom-built for your team, on demand
- Max participants: 15
- Who it's for: developers, analysts, testers, architects, PMs — anyone in IT who is starting with AI or using it unsystematically
- Prerequisites: none specific — willingness to learn and basic IT experience
After the training, participants will be able to:
- Use AI assistants systematically (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) in daily work — not just for simple questions
- Write prompts that work — understand why context decides more than wording, and how to get relevant output from AI
- Tell where AI helps and where it hurts — a realistic view without hype, based on enterprise experience
- Work with AI across the whole development cycle — from planning through implementation, code review and debugging
Morning — How AI works and how to work with it
Block 1: AI in practice, not in marketing
- How AI tools actually work — tokens, context, limits
- The AI assistance gradient: from inline suggestions to autonomous agents
- What works in large companies (anonymized enterprise examples)
- Reality check: what AI can do, what it can't, and what it does badly
Block 2: Practical work with AI assistants
- Pair work on prepared exercises
- Copilot Chat: Ask mode, adding context, working across multiple files
- Agent mode: creating and editing files, planning tasks
- Copilot Rules and customizing AI behavior for your team
- Inline suggestions and working with whole-workspace context
Afternoon — AI across the development cycle
Block 3: Analysis and planning with AI
- Analyzing requirements from notes and conversations
- Generating an epic and decomposing into user stories
- Decision points: where you must think, not AI
- Identifying contradictions and conflicts in requirements
Block 4: Implementation, tests, review
- Tests as context — why write the spec before the code
- AI-powered code review: a complement to human review
- Debugging with AI: root cause analysis from logs and error messages
- Generating diagrams, API specs, documentation
Block 5: Wrap-up and next steps
- 5 things to take with you
- Concrete next steps for your team
- Q&A and discussion
- 80% practice, 20% theory. Participants spend most of the time actively working with AI tools on prepared exercises.
- Real-world exercises. No toy examples — materials simulate real situations (chaotic meeting notes, conflicting requirements, incomplete specifications).
- Decision points. Every exercise has a moment where AI produces a draft and the participant has to evaluate, edit, and complete it. No "copy the prompt, get the output."
- Small groups. Max 15 participants, pair work, continuous trainer support.
What this training is not
- Not an AI lecture. We won't explain what ChatGPT is.
- Not a vibe-coding show. We don't demo flashy tricks — we teach systematic work.
- Not a vendor pitch. We work with tools that fit your stack, not whatever is currently sponsored.
Every training is adapted to your environment:
- Before the training we go through your stack, tools, roles and processes.
- Exercises are adapted so they reflect what your team actually does.
- Materials and handouts are prepared specifically for you — not generic.
