We're looking for the CEO's right hand — someone who will help keep a small but ambitious tech company running smoothly. A mix of back office, sales support, and working with AI tools. Ideal for someone on parental leave looking for a meaningful part-time role.
What will your job be
You'll keep the business running smoothly — from invoices through CRM to meeting prep. You'll also work with AI assistants that automate routine work.
- Invoice processing: Entering and managing invoices in Fakturoid.
- Toggl reports: Who works on what, how much, and how profitable are the projects.
- CRM management (Pipedrive): Updating deals, client follow-ups, cleaning up the pipeline.
- Proposal preparation: Drafting business proposals and documents from templates, with AI assistance.
- Contract preparation: Simple contract prep for collaborators (freelancers, part-timers).
- Presentation and meeting prep: Research, data, visuals for talks and client meetings.
- AI agent management: No coding required — you'll 'feed' and fine-tune AI assistants in Claude Cowork that automate routine work.
What we expect from you
- Reliability and independence — remote work without micromanagement.
- Admin experience, ideally in an IT company or startup.
- Experience with CRM systems, invoicing tools, or project tools (Toggl, Pipedrive, Fakturoid — we'll teach you).
- Basic English — tools are in English.
- Willingness to work with AI — Claude, Cowork, and other tools are a core part of the job, not a bonus.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach.

Compensation
We offer freelance collaboration (IČO) in the range of 30,000 – 45,000 CZK per month, depending on workload and experience. The commitment is 15–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
