Intern

Do you want to learn and grow on real projects? We don't mind what you already know. We're looking for curious people who enjoy technology and AI and want to move forward. We'll teach you the rest. This internship isn't a fixed list of requirements, it's an open offer: tell us what you enjoy and what you'd like to do with us, and together we'll figure out how to bring you on board. With us you'll see first-hand how AI gets built into real products for clients like Heureka, Apify, or Česká spořitelna.

What you can do with us

You don't have to know everything, or know up front exactly where you're heading. Pick the area that draws you in and we'll guide you through it. Feel free to try a bit of everything to find what you enjoy most.

• AI and development: Working with LLMs (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini), agentic workflows, MCP servers, and automating routine work.
• Product development: Websites and apps in React, connected with AI.
• AI adoption and consulting: Helping companies bring in AI, preparing workshops and materials.
• Operations, marketing, and content: Supporting how the company runs, working with AI tools, and creating content.

Who we're looking for

• Curiosity and a will to learn. That comes first for us.
• Reliability and independence.
• Basic English, the tools and materials are often in English.
• A willingness to be with us in Prague part of the week.
• You don't need experience or a finished degree. You can be a student, a recent graduate, or someone changing fields.

Let's be honest: this is hands-on work on real things, not making coffee. Some tasks will be a challenge, but you'll never be on your own. You'll always have someone experienced right next to you.

Where and when

We'll fit the scope and hours around your studies or other commitments. A few days a week we'll meet at the office in Prague so you learn straight from the team, and the rest you can handle flexibly.

Who you'll work with 👥

You won't be on your own. Depending on what you pick, you'll be guided by someone from our senior team, for example David, Jirka, or Miloš on AI and development, Matyáš on AI adoption, or Bára on operations and marketing. We learn from each other and love sharing what we know.

There are 10 of us, so we work fast and personally. But you won't only meet us in the office, we're part of the Applifting Group, over 160 IT specialists combined.
