Náš proces analýzy zahrnoval rozhovory se členy týmu a zkoumání nástrojů, které používají. Snažili jsme se získat rozsáhlé informace o jejich pracovních postupech a zkušenostech ve firmě. Naším cílem bylo identifikovat procesy či aspekty procesů, které způsobují tření, jsou mimo kontrolu týmu nebo se opakují a jsou vhodné k automatizaci.
Výsledek
Navrhli jsme a pomohli jsme zlepšit automatizaci testů. Výsledkem byl o 25 % rychlejší přechod od kódu k produkci, což umožnilo vývojářům soustředit se na jejich hlavní odbornost. Kromě toho jsme zavedli poloautomatický proces aktualizací knihoven, čímž jsme upřednostnili bezpečnost koncových uživatelů a snížili technologický dluh.
